Philmac UltraPHIL

Premium, dependable brass float valve, suited to a wide range of plumbing, agricultural, and industrial applications in tanks and troughs up to 1,500 litres. Watermark and ASNZ 4020 approved for use with potable water.

UltraPHIL is made with quality DZR brass which is resistant to the loss of zinc which causes leakage.

The valves have been designed for easy disassembly by simply removing the pivot pin, and body cap (where fitted) to allow access to all parts. In the brass and stainless steel body versions a stainless steel seat is used. Resists corrosion ensuring a positive shut-off.

The UltraPHIL range includes parallel (fastening) threads or tapered (sealing) threads which makes them suited to a variety of installations. Plus, a comprehensive range of sizes are available, from ⅜” to 2” (DN10 to DN50).

The watermark approved valves are rated to a pressure of 200 psi (1400 kPa) (static shutoff). This is based on using the standard lever arm and recommended float (ball) size.
